• Deposition and hearing experience.

• Securities litigation, fraud, investigation, or recovery related experience is a plus.
• MA Bar Admission Required

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters typically associated with much larger firms while enjoying direct partner access, meaningful responsibility, and a collaborative team environment.

Representative matters include:

• Commercial and business disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• Complex commercial litigation matters

Job Description
