Job summary
Zunch Staffing is seeking a Manager (RN) for Labor and Delivery in Clear Lake, TX. You will assume 24-hour responsibility for the unit, collaborating with the Nurse Director and Medical Staff to assess and ensure patient care quality.
The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, a BSN, at least 3 years in mother/baby with leadership, L&D experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications. This is a full-time on-site role offering competitive compensation and potential sign-on and relocation support.
Qualifications
- Texas RN license in good standing.
- BSN from an accredited school.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing in mother/baby with leadership.
- L&D nursing experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, guide, and direct unit coordination.
- Serve as resource for staff education.
- Ensure overall nursing care quality in the unit.
- Decide activities based on hospital and nursing standards in collaboration with the Director.
