Qualifications

• 35 years of recent Acute Care L&D leadership experience.
• Current RN license in Texas.
• BCLS certification and Medication Learning Module completion.
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire.
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS and relevant experience in multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care and operational efficiency in Labor & Delivery.
• Advise on patient care status and budget projections.
• Mentor nursing staff to promote clinical competence.
• Coordinate departmental efforts to achieve organizational goals.
• Support implementation of hospital policies.
