Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Learning and Development Training Specialist I or II for the Family Wellness Warriors - Peer Leadership Engagement program. The role focuses on needs assessment, development, implementation, maintenance, coordination, communication, improvement, and evaluation of learning initiatives to boost workforce performance, development, and readiness.

Positions are designed with two levels—Specialist I and Specialist II—with progression based on demonstrated

Qualifications

• Master's degree in training, education, HR, or related field.
• Two years of experience in training and development, education, or HR.
• ATD Master Certificate, or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Needs assessment and identification for learning initiatives.
• Research, development, implementation, maintenance, and coordination of programs.
• Evaluation of learning initiatives to improve workforce performance and readiness.

Education

Master's degree in training, education, Human Resources, or related field

Two (2) years of experience in the field of training and development, education, or Human Resources

ATD Master Certificate, or equivalent
