Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Tech Lead, Learning & Development to provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise learning platforms, onboarding solutions, and LMS governance. You will guide architecture, partner with Product Owners, and drive global capability adoption across Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with security and vendor teams, and shape the product roadmap to deliver scalable, compliant learning experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years in learning and development, with LMS, onboarding and enterprise platforms experience.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, or Engineering Manager role.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as LMS, onboarding, and sales/marketing training.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide developers and vendor partners.
• Pharma/healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience working in agile product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, role-based learning architectures aligned to Commercial enablement needs.
• Lead technical delivery for LMS, e-learning, onboarding, and enablement solutions.
• Translate requirements into technical work and drive agile ceremonies.
• Mentor software engineers and vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise standards across platforms.
