Job summary

Chimes is seeking an experienced Learning & Development specialist to create training materials and deliver engaging programs for a wide range of employees. You will manage LMS reports, collaborate with operations, and assess training needs to improve performance across subsidiaries.

The role requires staying current with industry trends, supporting the Learning and Development Director, and occasionally traveling to remote sites to ensure program alignment and impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.
• Experience with managing LMS platforms and reporting.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of customized training materials, including eLearning modules and job aids.
• Deliver engaging training to employees in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with L&D trends, practices, and technology.
• Collaborate with L&D and stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Manage LMS and extract reports to measure training impact.
• Conduct training needs assessments and communicate with operations.
• Assist Learning and Development Director and travel as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of programs and staff needs.
