Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leader in building intelligence, seeks an L&D Specialist to coordinate internal learning programs, support content development, and administer the learning management system.

This development/pipeline role offers exposure across credentialing, education pathways, apprenticeship support, and program operations. You will work cross-functionally with content development, learning technology, and HR partners to ensure accurate records, repeatable processes, and impactful learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, program coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience coordinating programs, maintaining records, supporting stakeholders, managing timelines, and producing accurate documentation.
• Experience with learning systems, training records, rosters, learner communications, or program administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, timelines, rosters, learner communications, attendance, completion tracking, and closeout documentation for assigned internal learning programs; partner with external training providers and vendors.
• Assist with course outlines, learning objectives, storyboards, job aids, facilitator guides, and evaluation forms.
• Administer course setup, enrollments, rosters, completions, certificates, and transcripts in MCDU LMS.
• Compile program data, survey results, and completion status for leadership updates and dashboards.
