Job summary

PNC is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist to drive programs for its University organization. You will deliver live and virtual instruction, partner with HR and business units, and analyze program data to improve outcomes.

This role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and program quality across multiple locations. Based in one of several cities, the position requires knowledge of adult learning, coaching, and curriculum development.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound learning principles.
Provides stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of resources, project and program management and measurement.
Delivers a variety of learning programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually, including stand-up classroom instruction.
Reviews materials to ensure quality, content accuracy, and achievement of business outcomes.
Fosters relationships across HR, management, business units and external partners, updating data to propose opportunities.
Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent metrics across businesses.
