You will maintain a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, assist during C-sections, and collaborate with lactation counselors and maternity educators.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications, and has at least one year of L&D experience. Proficiency in IV placement and fetal monitoring with OBIX is required.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Seeking a dedicated RN to provide specialized labor and delivery care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, assisting during C-sections, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as lactation counselors and maternity educators.

Proficiency in IV placement, fetal monitoring with OBIX, and experience with NICU feeders and growers are essential.

The role involves float coverage to NICU as needed, participation in orientation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a current RN license, ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications (FHM preferred), and at least one year of relevant experience.

Must be able to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
