LanceSoft is seeking an experienced L&D leadership professional to manage daily staffing and unit operations within Women’s Services. You will lead a large nursing team, act as a bridge to hospital leadership, and drive outcomes improvement while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires recent L&D leadership experience, an RN license (ADN minimum, BSN preferred), and close collaboration with physicians and admin.

• Recent leadership experience in Labor & Delivery within the past year.
• Experience supervising large nursing teams.
• Ability to coordinate with physicians, admin and other departments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily staffing and unit operations.
• Lead and support nursing staff (large team).
• Bridge frontline staff and hospital leadership.
• Monitor maternal & neonatal outcomes and drive improvements.
• Ensure policies, safety standards and protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with physicians and admin to support Women’s Services strategy.
• On-call every 3rd week with mostly remote escalation handling.

• Monitor maternal & neonatal outcomes
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and protocols
• Drive performance improvement initiatives

Coordination

• Work closely with physicians, admin, and other departments
• Support overall Women’s Services strategy

On-Call Responsibility

• Every 3rd week
• Mostly remote support, escalation handling

Requirements

• Recent (within 1 year) L&D leadership experience REQUIRED
