The Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in line with established policies, procedures, and protocols. You will act as the primary coordinator of multi-disciplinary care to ensure well-coordinated patient management.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, monitoring patient conditions, documenting orders, and coordinating discharge planning with the care team. Requires RN licensure in AZ and BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One year as an RN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Evaluates patient status and updates care plans as needed.
