Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care per established policies and procedures.

The role includes coordinating care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting discharge planning to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One year of RN experience.
• Current Arizona nursing license or compact state license and ability to become AZ Licensed in 30 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS, PALS or equivalent required by department as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Assessment: collects and analyzes physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle data.
• Planning and outcomes: establish daily goals and care plans; discharge planning.
