Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Labor and Delivery team on the Night shift in Florida. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Labor and delivery expertise is preferred. Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $5,000 for qualified candidates. An RN license, BLS, and associate degree are required, with a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and Develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
