AdventHealth Celebration Labor and Delivery Unit in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our obstetric team and provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns. Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• One plus years in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure teamwork.
• Document care activities and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
