ARCO is seeking an L&D Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and coordination of learning programs within their division. You will partner with divisional leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and deliver programs that drive business goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in adult learning, organizational development, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5-8 years in Learning & Development, organizational development, or related field, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
• Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices
• Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
• Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess training programs aligned to business goals and associate development needs within assigned division
• Establish partnership as a trusted L&D advisor with divisional operational leaders
• Collaborate with L&D Program Manager counterpart to ensure unity and consistency across the enterprise
• Develop detailed shared project plans to monitor and track progress
• Support content development and design (on-the-job training materials, presentations, and e-learning), and facilitate course offerings when needed
• Partner with the Learning Technology Specialist to implement learning paths, reporting structures, and system changes in the LMS that support division programs
• Co-manage the division's L&D budget in partnership with the Director
• Travel between 15-25% required
