Job summary

Saxbys in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to build training for student team members and to manage the Experiential Learning Platform. You will collaborate with the Operations team and HQ to assess training needs, close content gaps, and deliver engaging multimodal learning experiences that align with current procedures.

The role focuses on content creation, onboarding, and ongoing improvement across synchronous and asynchronous formats, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience designing multimodal training content (video, written, interactive).
• Experience administering a learning management system (Canvas, ADP, Cornerstone, Workday or similar).
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, Articulate 360 Suite, or comparable tools.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across domains, including operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain training that prepares student team members to succeed in cafes.
• Manage the Saxbys Experiential Learning Platform content and microcredentials.
• Grade student submissions, enrollments, and run reports for leads.
• Support onboarding, systems rollouts, and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations Implementation and HQ teams.
• Translate operational priorities into cafe training content and compliance updates.
