Job summary

Dechert LLP is seeking a Talent Development Specialist (Training) in Philadelphia to design, develop, and deliver training programs that foster development, engagement, and retention across lawyers and BSPs.

The role supports curriculum curation, LMS administration, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including program logistics and onboarding of lateral hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements, and delivers training programs to drive lawyer and BSP development, engagement, and retention.
• Manages curriculum including e-learning and blended learning content.
• Supports DLCC administration, reporting, and stakeholder inquiries.
• Leads Fall Orientation end-to-end, coordinating content, venue, logistics, budget, and post-program reporting.
• Onboards lateral lawyers and BSPs and contributes to broader Talent Development projects.
