Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or specialty setting.
• RNC-OB and C-EFM preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
• Active RN license from FL DOH.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate advanced nursing care with assessment and clinical judgment.
• Develop and revise individualized plans of care.
• Escalate and respond to urgent clinical situations.
• Serve as clinical resource and team leader in high-risk scenarios.
• Collaborate on unit operations including patient flow and staffing.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Support quality, regulatory compliance, and improvement initiatives.
• Delegate and supervise activities based on competency and need.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staff development.
