Job summary

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery unit. You will provide direct patient care to adolescents and adults, support complex pregnancies, and participate in rapid childbirth and emergent interventions in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS on hire, NRP and ACLS within specified timeframes, and a minimum of two years of L&D experience; high-risk OB experience is preferred. 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly.

Qualifications

RN license required.
NRP within 6 months of start date.
ACLS within 1 year of start date.
BLS upon hire.
Minimum 2 years L&D experience; high risk OB preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit under supervision of Nurse Manager/Director.
Support complicated pregnancies, rapid childbirth, and emergent interventions as needed.
Deliver high-acuity care with precise, life-saving decisions in a busy hospital environment.
