Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Level 2E Labor and Delivery unit in Elmhurst, IL, delivering specialized maternal care. The role focuses on safety, evidence-based practices, and teamwork to support new mothers and infants.

The nurse will assess conditions, document findings, and collaborate with physicians and staff while floating to mother-baby units as needed. Illinois licensure and obstetric nursing experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Certifications: CPR, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP (within specified timeframes).
• Preferred experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan/evaluate care.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Float to mother-baby units as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient support.
