Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, ACLS within six months, C-EFM within one year, and NRP within six months of employment.
- Labor and delivery RN experience preferred.
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree required within five years if holding an Associate Degree.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, competent nursing care, monitor patient progress, recognize changes, document observations, and collaborate with team members.
- Delegates tasks appropriately and adheres to clinical standards.
