Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby Unit/Labor & Delivery in Illinois. You will provide specialized obstetric and neonatal care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires an active RN license in Illinois, NRP and ACLS certifications within 1 year, BLS within 30 days, and over 1 year of RN experience. We offer competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

NRP certification within 1 year (AAP)
ACLS within 1 year (AHA)
BLS within 30 days (AHA)
Licensed RN in Illinois (IDFPR)
1+ year of RN experience

Responsibilities

Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
Implements procedures and theories related to the specific area of practice.
Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care provided for the healthcare team.
Provides care to obstetric inpatients and newborns, including intrapartum care and medication administration.
