Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an L&D Facilitator to lead instructor-led and blended learning programs across multiple Northeast/Southeast locations, including Richmond, Reston, Boston, Raleigh-Durham, Greenville, and more. You will partner with People Practices to deliver impactful sessions and support workforce development.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of related experience, with proficiency in both in-person and virtual training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or learning and development.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training programs preferred.

Shares participant feedback and learning insights with Learning & Development Program Managers and Centers of Excellence teams to support program improvement. **Education Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** 6+ years of experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or learning and development required.
