Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to deliver programs that build workforce capability across the organization. You will facilitate instructor‑led training and blended learning for a range of roles, partnering with People Practices to tailor content to organizational goals.

You will manage both in‑person and virtual sessions, adapt to diverse learner needs, connect employees with growth opportunities, and share insights with program managers to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, or communications, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or learning and development.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Applies instructional techniques that support learner engagement and accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Manages classroom and virtual learning environments to promote participation and maintain effective group dynamics.
• Adapts learning delivery approaches based on audience needs, experience levels, and program objectives.
• Partners with People Practices teams and business stakeholders to prepare for workshops and align training delivery with organizational goals.
• Connects employees and coaches with learning resources and development opportunities that support continued growth.
• Shares participant feedback and learning insights with Learning & Development Program Managers and Centers of Excellence teams to support program improvement.
