LOCATION: San Mateo, CA (hybrid- will go on campus as needed)
DURATION: 3 - 4 month leave coverage w/ possible opportunity to extend
PAY RANGE: $27.00 - $36.57/hr

The OpportunityWe are looking for a Coordinator, Technical Leadership Development, to join our team. You’ll work across a global team to support the design and delivery of world class development opportunities for employees of all levels.
What you’ll be doing- Provide administrative, communication, and training support to Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives
- Manage arrangements for learning programs, including marketing, scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering, day-of support, and post-event evaluation.
- Support vendor management through PO Processing
- and keeping records up to date
- Produce virtual learning engagements including, room management, taking attendance and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Research and source external learning content and facilitators.

- 2+ years L&D prog mgmt experience
