The Associate Case Manager is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding and client lifecycle process for institutional and corporate banking clients. Acting as the primary point of contact across multiple stakeholders, the role ensures that onboarding requests progress efficiently, regulatory requirements are met, risks are identified and escalated promptly, and clients receive a high-quality onboarding experience. The successful candidate will partner with Business Coverage teams, Accountable Client Owners (ACOs), Due Diligence teams, AFC, Tax, Legal, Credit, Operations, and external clients to drive onboarding activities from initiation through completion.
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $74,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
