Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Transaction Coordination Group Analyst to support the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) by coordinating the loan closing process and managing the loan pipeline.

You will coordinate the client onboarding/KYC process with the business, external clients, onboarding team and AFC colleagues to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant workflows, while building strong relationships across front office teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the loan closing processes among counsel/borrower, LDCM, coverage, credit/market risk, finance, KYC, AFC, and loan operations.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for external clients and coordinators; address invoicing and trade settlement questions.
  • Proactively identify client needs and maintain due diligence for clients with clarity and expeditious handling.
  • Maintain active deal pipelines, capital projections, and portfolio metrics with a focus on accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate and produce reporting deliverables for regulatory bodies.

Overview

As part of the transaction coordination group, you will support our Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) business by coordinating the loan closing process and managing our loan pipeline. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the client onboarding/know-your-client (KYC) process within Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) by working closely with the Business, external clients, the client onboarding team, and anti-financial crime (AFC) team. What You'll Do

  • Serve as a central point of contact for external clients, receiving and posting financials to agency sites and coordinators; you'll also engage with clients to address resolve issues pertaining to invoicing, trade settlement
  • Proactively helps identify upcoming client needs and maintain a high level of due diligence for clients, focusing on clarity, transparency, and expedience
  • Maintaining active deal pipelines, capital projections, and portfolio metrics, with commitment to metrics and projections
  • Coordinate and produce reporting deliverables for regulatory bodies
  • Actively participate in initiatives to develop and enhance controls and efficiency (i.e., process/workflow improvement and technology solutions)
Skills You'll Need

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $70,000 to $80,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
