Job summary

B2C2, a global leader in digital asset liquidity, seeks a detail-focused KYC/onboarding specialist to support client lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with Compliance, Front Office, and Legal teams to ensure accurate onboarding and ongoing due diligence within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

You will help maintain risk controls while facilitating efficient onboarding, review documents, and participate in system enhancements to improve client due diligence processes.

Qualifications

• KYC onboarding experience required.
• Familiarity with due-diligence applications/systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with Front Office, Compliance, Legal and Risk teams.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and counterparties to support KYC onboarding and lifecycle reviews.
• Coordinate KYC onboarding across multiple functions and entities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Assist in ongoing monitoring, banking inquiries, and related matters.
• Ensure timely completion of all departmental requests and client maintenance tasks.
• Review agreements and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist risk classifications and updating profiles as needed.
• Contribute to design and testing of onboarding databases and reports.
