Job summary

Carta is building the connected platform and AI-native ecosystem for private capital, bringing together software, services, and legal infrastructure to manage equity, fund administration, and reporting. Inbound Compliance supports high-volume, client-facing KYC requests with accuracy and regulatory fluency.

As a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance, you will own the lifecycle, guide clients on global KYC requirements, and ensure records are complete and audit-ready while staying ahead of AML/KYC

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of compliance experience.
• Working understanding of global KYC and AML frameworks.
• ICA/ACAMS certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience with complex legal entities or offshore jurisdictions is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for KYC inquiries and provide clear guidance on global requirements.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all KYC requests for audit trails.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations globally and apply updates to daily work.
