Job summary

Carta is hiring a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to join our team. You will manage the KYC request lifecycle, from intake to resolution, acting as the client’s compliance guide and primary point of contact for KYC inquiries.

You will monitor global KYC/AML regulations, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain clean records for auditability across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, compliance, finance or related field.
• ICA or ACAMS certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of global KYC and AML frameworks and practical application.
• 1–2+ years of compliance experience; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage intake, processing, and accuracy of inbound KYC requests.
• Be the client’s compliance guide and primary KYC contact for inquiries.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations globally and apply changes.
• Maintain airtight records and audit trails in Carta’s systems.
