JPMorganChase is seeking an AML/KYC Data & Analytics Associate to translate business needs into analytics and reporting, partnering with stakeholders to support governance, oversight, and compliance objectives.
You will analyze data discrepancies, cleanse and reconcile using SQL and Alteryx, and build Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights into delivery progress, data mapping, and program performance.
AML/KYC Data & Analytics team sits within the AML/KYC Governance and Oversight organization, independently driving delivery against team objectives, supporting business outcomes, and working collaboratively across teams—while consistently demonstrating the risk, control, and conduct standards expected at JPMorganChase. As a Business Analyst within the AML/KYC Governance and Oversight Data Analytics team, you will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver high‑quality analytics and reporting that support AML/KYC governance, oversight, and compliance objectives.
As a AML/KYC Associate you will analyze and resolve data discrepancies, perform validation/cleansing/reconciliation using SQL and Alteryx, and build and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights and visibility into delivery progress.
The role also includes data mapping responsibilities—helping define and document how data elements flow from source to report, organizing datasets and definitions to improve consistency, and supporting well‑structured project execution through strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self‑motivated analyst with strong execution skills and demonstrated experience managing a diverse suite of analyses.
In addition, this role will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and collaborating across teams to strengthen processes, governance outcomes, and overall execution quality.
