Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AML/KYC Data & Analytics analyst in Columbus to translate business needs into precise analytics and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders, build dashboards in Tableau, and drive data quality and governance across AML/KYC initiatives.

The role emphasizes data mapping, process improvement, and collaboration to strengthen governance and execution quality while delivering actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in data analytics and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Hands-on with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Trifacta, Teradata.
• Familiar with data mining, statistical modeling and ML methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial drive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AML/KYC data sources and visualization (Tableau preferred).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence; cloud data solutions (AWS, Snowflake, Teradata).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with AML/KYC Governance stakeholders and product groups.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to understand KYC journeys and data needs.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to measure program impact and trends.
• Prepare presentations for executives summarizing insights and conclusions.
• Contribute to data strategies and solutions for business needs.
• Support data quality, mapping, and governance across projects.
