You will be joining a quantitative hedge fund where technology is not a support function, it is the business. As Kubernetes Tech Lead, you take real ownership of the platform. You are not a pair of hands executing a roadmap handed down from above. You shape the direction, make the calls, and see the results of your decisions in production. The infrastructure here is advanced, the standards are high, and the environment rewards people who care deeply about doing things properly.

You will bring expert-level Kubernetes knowledge and strong development skills in Python, Java, or Go. You are comfortable with cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP, though AWS or Azure experience translates well. You know how to build and manage infrastructure as code and you treat that as a default, not an afterthought.

This is a senior role, so you have been around long enough to know what good looks like and to push back when it does not.
