TensorWave Inc. is seeking a Kubernetes Platform Staff Infrastructure Engineer to own the design, evolution, and operational reliability of our Kubernetes control plane architecture across regions, working with cross-functional partners to enable scalable AI compute.

You will drive platform architecture, multi-tenant cluster models (shared control planes, virtual clusters), regional scaling, networking, and on-call incident response, with strong Linux, Kubernetes internals, and observability

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
• Deep production experience with Kubernetes at scale.
• Experience in CSP or hyperscale environments preferred.
• Ability to design multi-tenant control planes and regionally managed platforms.
• Strong Linux systems expertise and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Kubernetes control plane architecture across regions.
• Define multi-tenant cluster models and regional platform strategies.
• Own reliability and behavior of production Kubernetes platforms.
• Lead incident response and on-call rotations.
• Diagnose control plane instability and scheduling/resource contention.
• Manage lifecycle across clusters: provisioning, upgrades, scaling.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infra teams to align platform with infra capabilities.
