Job summary

2K is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to drive the architecture and evolution of our internal developer ecosystem. You will champion a platform-as-a-product mindset, enabling AI-powered workflows, automated provisioning, and scalable multi-cloud solutions across game studios.

You will lead technical strategy, mentor senior engineers, and shape governance for Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices while ensuring high availability and developer velocity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Proven experience building internal developer platforms or Kubernetes-based tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural delivery for internal developer platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive platform-as-a-product strategy and self-service capabilities for rapid software delivery.
• Mentor senior engineers and shape multi-cloud and on-prem provisioning standards.
• Own incident management, on-call strategy, and operational governance.
