Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the reliability and performance of our Kubernetes-based data platform. You will architect scalable, multi-region systems and optimize deployments while strengthening security and resilience.

You will lead efforts in building production-ready infrastructure with strong observability and incident response, contributing to high-availability goals and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Platform Engineering, Infra, or scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with data platforms or data-intensive workloads.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and performance of Kubernetes-based data platform.
• Design scalable, highly available multi-region systems.
