Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. seeks a Cloud Integration & Test Engineer to perform software development and testing on private cloud solutions and microservices containerization. You will participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, including design, development, integration and test.

Based in Manassas, VA, the role requires Kubernetes, containerization, Linux and DevSecOps experience. Relocation assistance is available; DoD Secret clearance is required for US citizens.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying microservices to a Kubernetes cluster.
• Proficiency with containerization and Helm.
• Experience with Podman, K3s and CNI networking.
• Familiarity with Calico or Multus and Kubernetes load balancing.
• Ability to follow system I&T leads and create/update procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs software development and testing for private cloud solutions.
• Participates in design, development, integration and test phases.
• Documents test results, failures and deficiencies.
• Isolates root causes and maintains system test documentation.
• Performs maintenance of system test documents and procedures.
