Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a Cloud Engineer – Containers and Infrastructure in Manassas, VA. The role focuses on developing and testing private cloud solutions, containerization, and infrastructure for microservices. You will work across the full software lifecycle on a forward-looking team.

Required Linux and Kubernetes expertise, experience with Podman/K3s/Calico, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Relocation assistance is available for this full-time position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent STEM field and at least 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and test software for private cloud solutions and microservices containerization.
Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle.
Document test results and failure reports; isolate root causes for containers and infrastructure.
