Job summary

Castle Mead School and Nursery is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant (KS2) with additional MDSA duties. The role runs 28.5 hours per week as TA and 2.5 hours per week as MDSA, starting 14 September 2026. Permanent and fixed-term options exist, with breakfast and After School Club hours available.

You will work closely with teachers to support learning, create an inclusive environment, and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils' learning and development in the classroom.
• Assist during lunch breaks, supervise dining hall and playground.
