Job summary

Engage Education is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with MLD, ASC, ADHD, Dyslexia and SEMH. Roles include small group work and 1:1 support for pupils with special needs, including those with challenging behaviour.

All applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and a valid enhanced DBS check. We offer CPD, a dedicated consultant, wellbeing support and partner discounts. Immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN Teaching Assistants preferred.
• All applicants must have the appropriate qualifications.
• A valid enhanced DBS check is required prior to starting work.
• Teachers require a formally recognised teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Small group work and intervention support responsibilities.
• 1:1 support for SEN and lower-ability pupils.
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Specific Learning Difficulties, EBD and SEMH.
• Supporting students with challenging behaviour.
