Job summary

EQUA Mead Learning Trust's Castle Mead School seeks an energetic Early Years Teaching Assistant to support learning and development of young pupils. You will work with teachers to plan activities for small groups and help children reach their potential in a nurturing environment.

We offer 37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, with breakfast and after-school club options. Candidates should have a Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning and a genuine commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• Early Years or school-based experience desirable.
• Committed to safeguarding and building positive relationships.

Responsibilities
