Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management / Payroll systems.
• Proven experience in Kronos (UKG) implementation or administration.
• Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage.
• Hands‑on experience in data migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration from Kronos (UKG) to ADP platform.
• Perform system analysis and data mapping between Kronos and ADP.
• Extract, cleanse, and migrate historical payroll and timekeeping data.
• Design and validate data interfaces between ADP and downstream systems.
• Conduct integration testing and UAT coordination.
