Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Kronos Specialist to support the Payroll Team across the country, ensuring accurate timekeeping, compliance, and timely payroll processing. You will optimize reporting and drive improvements using Kronos UKG and Excel.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, experience with Kronos UKG, strong Excel skills, and be willing to travel up to 10%. Relocation to Greenville/Anderson, SC is expected.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with KRONOS UKG preferred, but other timekeeping platforms also acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) desired.

Mansioni

• Monitor Kronos Inbox daily and input punch corrections.
• Captain the Attestation Module to analyze responses and improve compliance.
• Data Analytics: report trends related to compliance and policy adherence.
• Train new employees and managers on Kronos system usage.
