Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) Payroll Team seeks a Kronos Specialist to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate payroll processing. You will monitor the Kronos Inbox, correct time entries, and support payroll activities across the country.

The role emphasizes data analytics, reporting on trends, and training new users, with a strong focus on Excel and accuracy. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required; base location is Greenville/Anderson, SC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with KRONOS UKG preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Kronos Inbox daily and input punch corrections.
• Captain the Attestation Module and address concerns to improve compliance.
• Perform data analytics and report trends related to compliance and policy.
• Train new employees and managers on the Kronos system and best practices.
• Process accurate timecards and support payroll processing.
• Resolve pay discrepancies in collaboration with Payroll.
• Handle Workday Help Cases related to payroll inquiries.
