TTI (Techtronic Industries) is a U.S.-based leader in power tools and accessories, seeking a Kronos Specialist to support nationwide payroll compliance and accurate compensation processing. This role emphasizes advanced Excel, data analytics, and meticulous timekeeping across the organization.

Join the Payroll Team to drive improvements, train staff on Kronos and related tools, and collaborate with Payroll to resolve pay discrepancies while upholding regulatory standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with KRONOS UKG preferred; any timekeeping platform accepted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy essential.

Mansioni

• Monitor Kronos Inbox daily; input punch corrections and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead Attestation Module; analyze responses and address violations.
• Produce data analytics reports on compliance and policy adherence.
• Train new employees and managers on Kronos; promote system proficiency.
• Process accurate timecards and support payroll processing.
• Collaborate with Payroll to research pay discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Communicate with employees regarding PTO balances and adjustments.
• Develop and improve reports; distribute to leadership.
