Job summary

Motion Industries is hiring a Payroll Specialist (International) to ensure accurate payroll for employees across the globe. Based on-site in Birmingham, AL (with Atlanta, GA counterpart), you will process changes, verify tax implications, run reports, and train staff on Kronos and InMotion Commission systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of payroll or related experience; strong Excel/Word skills; and excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 3+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate employee status changes.
• Research tax implications of changes and process adjustments.
• Calculate and verify payments including termination payments.
• Run reports and export data to Excel for formatting.
• Train staff on Kronos and InMotion Commission systems.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Review timecards, bonuses, taxes, garnishments, and leave balances.
