Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a KPO Technician to support Lean and Kaizen initiatives on the Manchester, CT shop floor. This role focuses on hands-on continuous improvement, creating safe and efficient Lean operations.
You will partner with diverse departments to drive process improvements, develop work instructions, and contribute to TPM and Six Sigma activities in a 1st shift environment (7:00 PM – 3:30 PM). Onsite 100% of the time.

The KPO Technician will focus primarily on hands on shop floor Kaizen activities, performs a variety of Continuous Improvement tasks in support of the Kaizen Promotion Office. Aides in creating a safe, efficient, and effective Lean operation.
Location: Manchester, CT
This role will be onsite 100% of the time. It is a 1st shift position with core hours of 7:00 PM - 3:30 PM.
