Job summary

Radial in Allentown, PA, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, establish KPIs, and drive quality and safety. You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure adherence to SOPs, and mentor a team of associates to meet productivity targets.

You will manage a temporary workforce, coordinate shifts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired.
• Ability to multi-task, manage, coach and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong process improvement skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of WMS desired.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Role Summary

The Operations Supervisor will establish KPIs for each department in the warehouse, manage all process and product‑quality audits, launch initiatives with teams to improve overall quality, investigate sensitive cases, provide Customer Service with crucial information to assist with customer interactions and cases, and supervise day‑to‑day activities in accordance with SOPs, holding a team of associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the development of Radial direct reports
• Manage temporary workforce.
• Execute on productivity and daily goals through execution to the Radial Operating Model
• Keep a safe and clean work environment.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with all company and federally mandated regulations regarding Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT.
• Responsible for associate level of safety, quality, and productivity performance.
• Solve and respond to daily issues.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities for assigned areas within the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to DC procedures.
• Assist Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality for outbound activities.
• Ensure all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development, and assessment per company guidelines.
• Recommend and implement improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contribution.
• Implement specific objectives and performance measures for all shift personnel to maximize productivity.
• Lead fulfillment special projects as needed.
• Accountable for achieving production objectives.
• Monitor all production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of the department’s operation.
• Reinforce policy and procedure compliance.
• Participates in the recruiting and selection process.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action as appropriate.
• Implement performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
• Interact with peers and related staff across all departments on implementation of fulfillment strategies.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred; HS Degree/GED required.
• Prior experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution, or Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi‑tasking, managing, coaching, and mentoring teams in a fast‑paced environment.
