Job summary

Bradley Professional, a division of the Bradley Group, is seeking a Production Manager for a manufacturing client in Conover, NC. You will lead all manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and own production KPIs.

You will develop the team, oversee staffing and training, collaborate with maintenance, quality, sales and logistics, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office; data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all KPI’s in production, analyzing KPIs to identify opportunities across People, Processes, and Machines.
• Manage staffing and employee development to ensure qualified, high-performing employees.
• Participate in root cause analysis of CARs and coordinate with other departments to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and sales to meet requirements and respond to needs of other departments.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure availability of nonconsumables and tools for production.
• Provide feedback to optimize scheduling and ensure WO packets are accurate and available to the team.
• Maintain floor presence and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
