Job summary

Zumiez is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist in Lynnwood, WA to analyze and execute data-driven insights across our logistics and fulfillment operations as part of the Omni-Channel strategy.

You will track B2C shipping performance, optimize KPIs, collaborate with analysts and IT teams, and implement changes in OMS/TMS to improve customer experience and reduce costs. This role is full-time and non-exempt with hourly pay between $25 and $33.

Qualifications

• A. or B.S. in Business, Data or related field.
• 2-3 years of retail operations experience.
• 1-2 years of project management experience.
• Highly proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in a variety of team collaboration software including JIRA, Confluence and Slack or similar programs.
• Data-minded individuals who support all decision making based on grounded analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proven track record of project execution, attention to detail, and relentless drive to have a positive impact on a business or team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and intuitive relationship development.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in retail or logistics is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track fulfillment and B2C logistics trends.
• Identify opportunities to optimize fulfillment KPIs and report to Omni Ops leadership.
• Take proactive steps to impact B2C shipping and fulfillment operations.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Operations and Technical teams to maintain documentation and communicate impact of changes.
• Notify stakeholders of key actions and impacts to KPIs.
• Access and impact changes in OMS, TMS, and carrier portals.
• Understand configurations and their impact on business and how to execute changes.
• Establish a firm cross-functional relationship with the Sr. Supply Chain Manager to facilitate B2C shipping changes.
• Work with Digital Business Analyst to ensure daily/weekly/monthly insights are produced and distributed.
• Monitor the health of reporting and identify opportunities to optimize through subsequent stages.
• Monitor KPI health and prioritize improvements.
